The professional tyre service for trucks has been part of our range of services since 1953 – the year in which Pneuhage was founded as an independent family business in Karlsruhe. We have maintained this independence to this day. To offer our customers the best as specialists in every area of commercial vehicle tyre management, we do not allow ourselves to be tied to locations, waiting and delivery times or tyre manufacturers.
Pneuhage ensures maximum flexibility and time saving nationwide at currently 91 service stations with a total of 230 mobile service units for trucks, buses, earthmovers, industrial and agricultural vehicles. This allows our trained specialists to provide breakdown assistance, emergency services in the harvesting season, fit tyres and align suspensions directly at the customer's premises. Our product specialists provide professional and objective advice on every commercial vehicle tyre, whilst our regular fleet checks reveal savings potentials, which we then tap into for our customers via targeted tyre management.

Our warehouses also reflect our extensive expertise in the commercial vehicle sector, where our customers will find a uniquely diverse product selection to suit every commercial vehicle type, every application and every budget. This includes strong tyre brands, such as Magna, Maxam, Kormoran, Peakmaster, Performer, Starmaxx, Ultimate XT and Westlake, for which Pneuhage is a preferred supplier, as well as premium tyres of leading manufacturers such as Bridgestone, Continental, Goodyear, Hankook, Michelin and Pirelli. We also carry a wide selection and various brands of special tyres for forklifts, construction vehicles and agricultural equipment. Our PNEUNET partners enjoy unrestricted access to our extensive commercial vehicle tyre range, which guarantees high availability.
Total cost-efficiency for commercial vehicle fleets
Our two ECE-certified retreading plants boost the conservation of resources in the fleet. The tyres retreaded using the Michelin RECAMIC process are on a par in terms of safety, quality and mileage performance with a new tyre – but are significantly less expensive to buy. With our individually adapted tyre management, we continually drive the cost optimisation of commercial vehicle fleets. "Customer activities" include e.g. application-related tyre recommendations, customised carcass management, not to mention the arrangement of subsidy programmes and mileage allowance agreements.
