With this move, the manufacturer-independent commercial vehicle tyre service network founded in September 2014 by the manufacturer-independent tyre dealers Pneuhage, Reifen Günther and Reifen Helm is complementing its offering represented thus far in Germany and Austria.
Gianni Covre, Director of Swiss Tyre Group GmbH established in 2006, is looking forward to commencing this working relationship: "We are delighted to now be participating in PNEUET with our members. With our services, such as our breakdown assistance, we complete the PNEUNET offering for the DACH region that has now been opened up."
Altogether, this means that trans-regionally operating commercial vehicle fleets can find professional tyre service at over 320 stations provided by dealers specialising in the relevant product groups and through manufacturer-independent dealers. Numerous key accounts, such as for example Schmitz-Cargobull, already work with PNEUNET.
Advantages thanks to cooperation and brand independence
Customers benefit at PNEUNET from the free choice of brands and direct pricing with their customary regular dealer, who also bills the services provided by other PNEUNET dealers transparently on the agreed conditions. Thanks to state-of-the-art IT technology and the special mutual support of the system partners, there is no need for a cost-intensive head office. The three founding partners assume the coordinating control tasks.
Due to the independence of all the partners involved, PNEUNET customers benefit from a large available range. Offering services across all locations, this means that the products from various manufacturers are available everywhere in accordance with the agreed requirement. "This constitutes a major advantage over direct agreements with the tyre industry or affiliated service chains", explains Dirk Gleinser, Head of Sales for Commercial Vehicle Customers at Pneuhage.
